The General Maintenance Attendant is responsible for maintaining the clean and neat appearance of assigned areas, focusing on the all areas of the property, including its grounds, pool and beach area. The successful candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintaining equipment, and the ability to diagnose and complete basic property repairs.
