Job Description Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS Reports to the Program Director daily. On-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all Freeman Houses Tier II Facility emergencies. Responsible for maintenance of physical services which include water supply (cold and heat), light, gas and heat for the facility.
