JOB SUMMARY Responds and attends to guest repair requests. Communicates with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Performs preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspects tools, equipment, or machines.
