Operates, inspects, and performs preventive maintenance on all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, plumbing fixtures, and not limited to all other systems with-in a facility. Maintain facilities to operating at a maximum capacity and life expectancy. Responsible for equipment being maintained in an energy efficient, safe manner, and down time is reduced to a minimum.
